We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital products; however, physical items are eligible for return or exchange upon approval. 

We have a 15-day return policy for physical items only (books, notebooks, journals, planners, and calendars). 15 days have passed since your product's arrival; you will not be offered a refund and exchange of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive defective or damaged. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a store credit or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or provide a store credit.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items and reach out to us right away with a detailed description and images if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will help us promptly assess the issue and rectify it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept digital returns 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement product or store credit. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 4 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your request is approved, the credit for the item will be automatically applied to your account.
