Shipping policy

Lovebug Products is partnered with a print-on-demand company, which means that any physical products have to be printed and bound before being shipped to the customer. Our normal production times are 3-5 business days. However, production time may be delayed due to national holidays or uncontrollable circumstances, such as a natural disaster or an incorrect address. In such cases, the customer will be notified of the delay via email.

Lovebug Products does not take responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will not take any action on these orders during that time.

E-products are available immediately after purchase and can be downloaded without delay.
